 Train the Trainer
Performance Research Associates offers a Train the
Trainer program for organizations looking to become licensed to deliver training within
their organizations. This is the most economical approach if you are training more than
200 employees and if you have qualified staff available.
The instructor training takes place in four steps.
The process works as follows. |

Instructor trainees will be participants in the first program offering |

The PRA Train the
Trainer facilitator will conduct a full day trainer symposium for the instructor trainees |
| 3. |
The Instructor
trainees will team-teach offerings of the program with the PRA trainer/coach |
| 4. |
The instructors
will conduct session under the supervision of, and with the summative feedback from, the
PRA instructor. |
At the conclusion of this training, the instructor(s) will be certified to
conduct the "Delivering" program within the organization only, and the
organization licensed to conduct the program using PRA provided materials for a three year
period. |
