Generations @ Work
This presentation based on Ron Zemkes
new book, Generations at Work, is a refreshingly upbeat, interactive,
entertaining and unique session that provides attendees with tips, techniques, suggestions
and strategies for dealing effectively with employees, managers and peers of all
generational persuasions.
Todays manager must understand the
tastes, wants, needs and predilection of the four generations that populate todays
workplace if they are to succeed. Leaders at all levels need to understand generational
