Ann Thomas is senior consultant and lead facilitator with PRA. Ann brings more than twenty-five years of experience in training and consulting to each of her clients. Her work has been focused in the areas of improving service quality, diversity awareness, generational differences, sales, performance management and professional development.

Her wide range of expertise fosters organizational effectiveness: getting systems, processes and people to work together to increase productivity. She has the unique gift of being able to build rapport quickly with both individuals and groups, and is recognized for her engaging, enthusiastic and direct training approach.

Of particular concern to Ms. Thomas is the application and transferability of skills and behaviors to each individual's own situation. She trains with the specific intent of having her participants gain skills and behaviors they can apply quickly to their profession.
