Performance Research Associates, Inc has been an international leader in providing service quality training and consulting services for nearly 40 years. Founded by the late Ron Zemke, a man credited with helping to start the service revolution in America in the early 80s, the work of PRA partners have touched millions of people in Corporate America and beyond.

2010 is bringing new changes to PRA and the way that we serve you. We are ceasing the consulting portion of our business and have granted our long time consultant and senior trainer, Ann Thomas, the sole and exclusive license to provide customized training programs and seminars. We are excited about this change and know that Ann will continue to provide the “knock your socks off service” you’ve come to expect with PRA.
